Yolanda Rios, Esq.

Yolanda is an Attorney at Rochester Elder Law. She focuses her practice on Guardianships, Estate Planning including Wills and Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Proxies, Probate, Medicaid Planning and Asset Protection, and nursing home admission issues.

Yolanda is the co-chair of the Elder Abuse Committee of the New York State Bar Association Elder Law and Special Needs Section and is an active member of the Monroe County Enhanced Multidisciplinary Team whose mission is to prevent elder abuse. 

Outside of the legal community, Yolanda sits on the Board of Trustees of the Rochester Regional Library Council and serves as a founding co-chair of the Rochester Area Latino Giving Circle.
