FREE Review of Your Nursing Home Agreement
FREE Review of Your Nursing Home Agreement
January 6, 2024

If your loved one is about to enter a nursing home and you’ve been asked to sign their Admission/Fiscal Agreement, we believe it's extremely important that you understand your legal rights and responsibilities, before you sign.

We know finding a good placement for your loved one can be a trying experience. Often, when people do they are just so relieved and ready to get the process going that they gloss-over the details of the contract the nursing home is asking them to sign - It's just human nature. However, it's a really bad idea NOT to read the contract and understand in detail what you're agreeing to before you sign.

We also realize that placement can happen quickly, and waiting days or weeks to get an appointment with an elder law attorney to review and explain the agreement is just not an option.

That’s why we offer a convenient, no-strings-attached, complementary review of your Admission/Fiscal Agent Agreement in a timely manner, so you can get the peace of mind you need to proceed with confidence.

It's easy to request your FREE review. Simply click here to learn more or call us at (585) 256-0090 ext. 103 to speak with Beth. She'll be happy to schedule your review and walk you through the process.
