Yolanda Rios, Esq.

    Yolanda is an associate attorney at Dutcher & Zatkowsky. She focuses her practice on Mental Hygiene Law Article 81 Guardianship matters, Surrogate’s Court practice, and Estate Planning. She also counsels clients regarding skilled nursing home admissions issues and Medicaid Planning and Asset Protection.

    Yolanda graduated from Rutgers School of Law – Newark in 2007 and worked as a judicial law clerk in New Jersey Superior Court. She continued her litigation practice into civil defense litigation and then family law, where she represented children and domestic violence victims in court. Her passion for justice led her to the area of Elder law, where she practices to protect the rights of elder adults. She is a member of the New York State and Monroe County Bar Associations, and is accredited by the VA to assist veterans with potential benefits.

    Outside of work, Yolanda’s passions include dancing, reading, and most of all, spending time with her young son, Anthony.
